In general, the Police classroom can accommodate 30 students, and the Fire classroom is limited to 30 students as well. See notes below:

    • Kindergarten classes can accommodate 60 – they will be split into smaller groups, with one group in the Police classroom and the other in the Fire classroom. They will then rotate to the other classroom.
    • For other grades, you are welcome to double-up on classes if one is a Police class (Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 3, Grade 5 and Grade 7/8) and one is a Fire Class (Kindergarten, Grade 2, Grade 4, Grade 6). Other than that, it should never be more than 30 students in any class.
    • Since the Grade 7 & 8 Social Media Safety programme is the same for each grade, you may want to share bussing costs with another teacher if you have a split grade.  However, we can only accommodate 30 students at one time. Make sure that you book each class separately.
The booking form includes all schools in Brantford, Brant County and Norfolk County that are part of the Grand Erie District School Board and the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board and Six Nations Schools. We have also included the private schools in the region but might have missed yours. If you are in a private school or homeschool that is not listed, contact our office to book your trip.

When you book your class online, you will instantly receive an email confirmation that your request has been received. If that time and date is still available, our staff will put your class on the online calendar and email you to inform you that your class is ‘officially’ booked.

If you do not receive an email confirmation, contact the office at (519)720-6950.
